Where to find RUN|LIFE sessions?

All of our sessions are conducted in movement in London’s Victoria Park.

The meeting point is the gates to park at the junction between Gore Road and Victoria Park Road.

How long is a session?

RUN|LIFE coaching sessions last for 50 mins

How many sessions do I need?

RUN|LIFE coaching offers between 1 and 4 sessions free of charge. This is usually enough for most people to make a difference but further sessions can be arranged in certain situations

What if I don’t like running?

Running is just one of many movement practices. We just want to encourage movement as a life long practice so as long as you find something you love to do regularly and you conduct it outside an in nature then that’s great! Other examples could be walking, cycling or swimming.

Do I have to pay for RUN|LIFE coaching?

No, RUN|LIFE is a community service. All sessions are free of charge.
