1-1 Sessions - always in movement
RUN|LIFE 1-1 sessions are steeped in positive psychology. The coaching approach shares a combination of wellness, performance and cognitive behavioural coaching to explore what’s going on for you and what could change.
All of the sessions are outside and in movement. Moving through nature has been shown to help with creative thinking, improved mood and sense of well-being, as well as the reduction of stress through physical exercise.
